She has extensive years of therapy experience and her expertise encompass diverse and specialized treatment approaches. In addition to addressing symptoms such as, anxiety and depressive mood, her goal is to help you build on your strengths and grow as a person. Angela's professional focus is to support the mental health needs of; children ages 5+, teens, adults, seniors, and families. Her approach throughout your healing journey is compassionate, insightful, supportive, and thorough. Angela is dedicated to working with you as you navigate through your life challenges and endeavours.
Tenny Keshishian Tenny Keshishian
MCP, Registered Psychotherapist
Tenny offers an individualistic and holistic approach based on your unique needs. She recognizes the influence of the internal and external components of our lives and incorporates them to aid your journey toward growth and development. She has worked within a diverse variety of community settings, with families, couples, and individuals ages 10 and older. As a Registered Psychotherapist, Tenny utilizes a combination of varying therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and EMDR. Most of all, she offers compassionate, flexible and non-judgemental support while working to empower you and meet your goals.

Danielle offers a holistic and client-centered approach to counselling which gives her a deep understanding of internal and external factors contributing to your mental health functioning. She will collaborate with you to create a treatment plan best suited to your unique needs. Her treatment goal is to help you build on your strengths to achieve empowerment and positive behaviour change, using a combination of therapeutic interventions. Danielle has experience working in various community settings, supporting clients of all abilities including; individuals ages 5+, couples, and families, while always remaining empathetic and respectful of diverse backgrounds.

She provides a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space to explore, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.

Carlie is a Registered Social Worker with a primary focus on individuals, groups and families. With over 10 years of experience in the social work field, Carlie has provided support to children (7+), teenagers, adults, families and couples. She utilizes a strength-based approach to enhance one’s empowerment in recognizing and striving for positive change. She acknowledges the diversity of clients and uses a blend of therapeutic approaches to best serve her clients. Carlie often draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness to tailor effective strategies for each specific individual.

Heather offers a holistic and client-centred approach for individuals seeking counselling for their varying needs. Kristen has experience working in diverse community settings, with her previous education in Child and Youth Work. Kristen utilizes techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She strives to create a compassionate and welcoming space where clients can develop meaningful coping strategies.

Intake Client Coordinator
Maryam provides client and administrative support for our mental health services offered at our Georgetown Counselling Centre location. She is pleased to assist you and help you select the therapist to best suit your needs and introduce you to individual and group therapy and workshops/programs. She devotes her time to assist you with registration, provide bookings, change and manage any appointments, billing and most importantly, connect you with your individual mental health care practitioner. Tracey Robertson Tracey Robertson
Director of Administration and Mental Health Services
Tracey oversees the administration and mental health services offered for both Georgetown Counselling Centre and Newmarket Counselling Centre. As the Director, Tracey works more “behind the scenes” with supporting all staff, overseeing client care services, and ensuring success of the day to day operations for both the centres. In addition, Tracey offers ongoing support and the most up to date training to our staff and colleagues. She is very dedicated to our cause with supporting mental health.
